$17,900 OBO.

NORTH OC SOCAL (FULLERTON)

I am the original owner (Paid off since 2009, TITLE ON HAND) bought this fully welded Aluminum Klamath 17’ Bayrunner Baja in 2009. The boat/engine/trailer was purchased new in 2009 from Tradewind Inflatables (Costa Mesa). The Hull was a NEW 2008 model, sold to me in early 2009. I selected a Honda Fuel Injected 4 Stroke 50hp outboard engine which was just received by the dealer and mounted by my request, and is a 2009 model year. (This 50hp Honda has the MMEA output if you wanted to connect to your electronics to get fuel consumption etc) ONLY 261.9 hours on outboard/boat.

My boat has been serviced religiously, more than it required, even when it wasn’t required ...to insure it’s always going to get me home without a hiccup. It was recently serviced and is ready for the offshore fishing season without a blink of an eye. (Service Records AVAILABLE) it’s mechanically in amazing condition and you will immediately know when you see it.

Also, I had a custom boat cover made (at the cost of $700) for the boat back in 2009 which is still in exceptional condition, 95% out of 100%. It’s made from incredibly thick Sunbrella material and rubber reinforced at the wear points (technically this cover is trailerable but I’ve only done that a handful of times to insure the cover lasts) it’s been worth every penny since it’s kept the boat esthetically in impeccable condition.

The ONLY reason I am selling the boat is because I bought a larger boat to accommodate more kids! I didn’t have as many kids when I bought this boat. This boat will be greatly missed by me. (Certainly very satisfying to fish all day offshore and only use 12 gallons of gasoline.)

2008 Klamath 17’ Bayrunner Baja FULLY WELDED ALUMINUM HULL

2009 EFI (Fuel Injected) Honda 50hp 4 Stroke - incredibly fuel efficient 7+MPG (generally better, but that’s consistent MPG) - it is a very light hull... you can tow with 4 cylinder pickup (If you wanted) it’s quick disconnect to two 6 gallon external fuel tanks - you can comfortably go from Huntington Harbor to Long Beach to get bait (Nacho) and across to Catalina, fish Catalina and return back on just those two 6gal fuel tanks... or comfortably fish 14 Mile Banks and 267/279 from Huntington Harbor and Back.

External, large fuel auxiliary filter installed

Best part is, ONLY 261.9 hours on Honda engine!! Everything is like new, and impeccably maintained.

CURRENT 2021 registration w/ Mussel stamp

Dual SEALED marine batteries on a 4 way marine ON/OFF switch- 1, 2, 1+2, OFF (recently replaced batteries)

15.5 Schmitt Vision Elite Stainless Steel Steering Wheel, with Stainless Steel Knob & Nut

32 Gallon Bait Tank with adjustable flow valve to dial in fill rate (fill rate is dialed in and the bait tank is very big for size of boat, bait stays gorgeous)

Simrad AP12 Autopilot - awesome creature comfort, and saves fuel - nice for trolling.

Garmin 540s Sounder/Chartplotter w/G2 Vision Card
ICOM VHF Radio w/8’ antenna (easily talk to from Catalina & local banks to vessels fishing the Channel Islands or Coranados /43/Corner /425/302/ ...etc

Turns out the fellow I was working with on the Bayrunner wasn't able to move forward. I am more interested in getting someone who would appreciate the boat and care for it... most importantly enjoy it. I am willing to accept offers to get it to the right person.

Let me know what that is. Who's going to fish this tin this season?

Thanks guys. (& maybe gals)
