    Use to get giants at Hollywood by the basketball court when I lived on the strand ...they looked like frisbees and were thick in the spring...

    Ha, I lived right there too for a bit. Had the same experience.

    That hoop almost took my knee out, sand + BBall is a dangerous mix, plus all the bricks were always the wind's fault there.

    Nice. I’m headed out to Tomales Bay Area to get after some perch this weekend. Haven’t fished for perch since I was a kid!

    Nice fish.
    But if you're not going to keep them. Why lay them on the ground for a pic? Hold them up. Take the pic. Unhook them, and back they go. No harm, no stress.
