Jeff @ 602-319-8747
i guess i wont be checking this out sunday then??
bump on Jeffs Kencraft this I saw this boat for the first time 15 years ago, and it still looks the same! This boat is INSANELY clean! you wont find a cleaner or better maintained one anywhere. check it out guys.
I would like to thank Jeff for making an appointment with me for today and not keeping it. Sold it and didn't even call. I'm literally on the road driving down and get a text from him. SOLD. I guess a man's word is nothing
Good luck in your search
No deposit just a "first shot"
Oh man Jasen, I was really hoping you were going to be able to score on this boat, as it looked like you replied right away.
If it did go down as you said, and you were suppose to be given first crack, then you have every reason to be pissed, as that wouldn't be a cool thing for a seller to do at all!!
I saw the your first reply in this thread right after you posted it, and was confused about what you meant?? "i guess i wont be checking this out sunday then??"
Did you talk to him and he had another guy already lined up to look, or what was the deal with that reply?
Like I said, seeing as how you just barely missed out on the last boat recently here on BD, I was seriously hoping you were going to get this one!
Keep on the lookout, you'll find your boat!

We had talked about me going Sunday. Then he listed it again so I posted about me not being sure. He called me 1 minute later to confirm Sunday. He said he listed it just in case I don't show up. It's ok what comes around goes around
Whatever dude. No comment, not worth it. I'm outta here. No more f-ing taxifornia, no more bloodydecks
stop your whining.
Go fuck yourself. Get outta California loser
Just bloody string for you monthly
He might have done you a favor selling if to someone else Jasen
The boat was posted a couple of weeks ago. It was a GREAT boat at a great price. If you were a serious buyer you should have been there sooner.
I made an appointment. I work full time. That's how I pay for my hobbies. He called me and said Sunday was good. Not get here today or I'm selling it.
It's over I've moved on. Jeff wish you luck in life outside California. I'm gonna find a great boat soon.
Well Jeff, it's your call to not comment even though you just did. And with that comment, it makes you look pretty fricken low to not hold true to your word to Jasen....... that's not even cool in the slightest, and just straight BS......... and you know what? You know that!
And whining! If this is whining then cool, let it be whining...... call it whatever you want, but next time maybe you outta think about doing what's right.
If I am wrong in all of this, then it wont be the first (or last) time I have made a mistake, but I just hate seeing people get burned or ripped off.
And that right there doesn't really make a shit bit of difference.
I watched this whole thing go down the other day. I don't know Jasen, and have never met him, but I do know the guy has been looking hard for the right boat, and saw him miss one by just one guy ahead of him the other day, and then to see this happen when I saw him jump on this right away........ I feel his frustration right now!
What it appears the OP did was way low! So since Jeff himself said see ya to BD, then that's good, because it saves a bunch of us from telling him to take a hike outta here.
This place has done me right for many years! Met some really good, solid and cool people. In return I always try to help when possible, and part of that also includes not burning someone on a deal.

The boat was "For Sale"!
Somebody was motivated, took the time to go see it, liked the boat, offered a fair price and the two parties settled. I do know others have said they are coming to see the boat and never showed. Not that Jason was going to do that I just know after it happens a few times it sucks for a seller. Taking the time to get a boat ready for someone to come see it. Sitting around waiting.
I had the same thing happen to me I called on a whaler in Fresno as soon as it posted on a Friday afternoon, seller said they could not show the boat until first thing Monday morning. I took vacation from work and was headed to Fresno to see the boat when I found out it had sold. The worst part for me, I was given a BS excuse that the seller was going to keep the boat. I saw the new owner post when he was pumped on the new boat.
Good boats at a fair price are selling g quick. If you find something you are looking for you just have to jump quick.
First person with cash takes it.
