*****SOLD*****

Hey guys. Selling my 1996 VIP Sea Stealth. She has been really good to me and I've had her out to the 181/182/209 from Dana and everywhere else local up to Long Beach. I'm retiring at the age of 30 and plan on moving to Florida where the fishing is great and the girls are expensive, high maintenance, and they fish!!! LOL

This boat was a freshwater boat exclusively in Big Bear Lake all its life. Didn't hit saltwater until I bought it couple years ago.

Motor
Powered by a 1996 Mercury 115 Oil injection 2 stroke - Last serviced June/14
Compression is 138 on all 4 cylinders, new impeller, plugs, wires, fuel filter, and switch board.
Runs strong and I trust this boat on any run. Never really gauged the MPG but I have ran to the 209 from Dana Pt. After a day of tuna fishing paddies and trolling, I burned on average 30 gallons and 1-1 1/2 quarts of oil.

Trailer

1996 VIP Single axle with surge brakes. Completely rebuilt Sep/14

New tires, Springs, hubs, bearings, seals, bearing buddies, master cylinder, plunger, brake fluid, backing plates, LED taillights, LED amber side markers, new winch strap, and new folding 1000lb jack.

Boat

42 Gallon fuel tank
Garmin 431S GPS/Sounder
Lowrance Elite 4x Sounder
VHF radio
13 gallon built in aerator in front console
6 rod holders in CC
Brand new leaning post
New dual Interstate 24 series batteries with selector switch.

New leaning post with 2 rocket launchers and 2 trolling rod holders
Kodiak proflow 13 round bait tank under leaning post with new transom mount bait pump
New Rule 1500GPH Bilge pump (installed Sep/14)
Anchor with chain and 200' rope
LED Nav lights (bow and rear 50" pole light)
Two deck storage locations in front of console
Full boat Cover with connected outboard cover (not pictured)
Front platform cushion (Not pictured)
Bimini Top

The front cushion on the aerator (The one with the cracks) and two speakers will be fixed for the new owner.

Asking $6800 Title in hand

I'm going to have my little cousin detail the boat before it leaves the house. Its usually cleaner than it looks. The winds have been kicking up lately hence the dust on the bow.

Thanks, my hang up is if my side yard will accommodate the boat / trailer width. My city has been giving tickets for boats in the driveway. I've currently got an aluminum fishing skiff but want to upgrade for inshore fishing and lobster.

Several years ago I owned a 2000 19' Bay Stealth by VIP, an excellent Delta and SF Bay boat. Current owner fishes in the Monterey/Santa Cruz for Salmon. A very good solid boat. Best of luck.

Thanks. I was really surprised at how well it handled the first time going out to the 209. It rides like a bigger boat and is very dry.

Retiring at 30? That's great!
Enjoy and don't buy Florida Real Estate!
