The only reason for selling is getting a larger 21ft. This boat is a workhorse. Easily launched alone. I average 3.5 gallons used to fish La Jolla from Missiona bay, 6hrs minimum.
The only issues I've had what so ever is a slight miss at 1200ish rpms when trolling.

This hull was tore completely down bare, has got new foam, reinforced and welded stringers and bulkheads so it's stronger than new. The few small pinholes have been welded up and now the boat doesn't leak a drop.
2001 Yamaha F40TLRX 4 stroke (unknown hours, I've put about 50 hours on it since I've owned it)
Motor has had all new fluids including lower unit oil and motor oil/filter in the last 15 hours. Just put brand new prop shaft seals in and checked the dog gears and looked perfect. Carbs just had a full clean and service as well and it got new plugs. Really solid pairing for this boat, it'll jump up on plane at 9mph with 2 people in it. Not sure top speed, but i've had it at 26mph comfortably.

I've fished the boat twice a week since I bought it in sept. It's not been run since new years eve.(bottom fishing closure)
I added a bow rail and side rails. LED bow and stern lights and LED deck lights mounted on the t top.
Also have all parts to build a new T top.
Built in deck bow cooler. Holds 21lbs ice all day into the next.

Lawrance hook 5 installed
Registration paid for the year and trailer registration due in 2022.
