Not sure what you mean by under power, pretty hard to do more than 30 mph on the sea in an 18’ boat, which it does easily.

Parker recommended power for a 1801 Center Console for a 2008 model ranges from 115 to a maximum horsepower of 150. I dont know if Parker recommended a minimum of 90 hp for their 1991 models. Again, this is just Parkers recommended power . The 90hp you currently have on your center console may work just fine, it just doesn't meet Parkers manufacturing recommended horsepower specifications (2008 model). A sea trail from a potential buyer will confirm if your boat is underpowered or not.

That’s correct whaler, 2008 models recommend 115-150 horse power, that is a newer model In which the hull was changed and made heavier, also the newer 4 stroke 90 hp pack more punch then the older ones did. A sea trial is not out of question to a serious buyer. Thanks for your input.

I recently sold my 1800 with an f115 on it. Best boat i ever owned and i truly miss it already. The 115 was more than enough power even loaded with 2 guys, full bait tank ,60 gallons of fuel and gear in rough seas. I would imagine a 90 would be just fine

So is 60 gallons standard for that size Parker? What kind of range does 60 gallons get you with 2 guys bait and gear? 100-150?

I dont think 60 is standard, i think 40 was more common but i am not 100% sure. My 1800 with an f115 got 3 -4 mpg depending on on conditions so with 60 gallons of fuel the range was farther than you would ever want to go in an 18 foot boat

60 gallons in the old ones. I had a 2016 with F115 and it was 40gallon tank. I would get 4-5mpg on flat days by myself, 38 gallon bait tank and 50-80lbs of ice. Never got less than 3.5mpg even on a rough day.

Price drop 17,500 haven’t had one person come look at this thing maybe I had it priced to high. If it doesn’t sell in next couple weeks it’s going back to storage.
