    The only thing my 1911 sees for lube is Frog Lube, but mine's not a race gun.

    Race gun or not, it's a machine and requires multi-function lube, so my IPSC friends suggest. They will share their secret sauce, but won't tell how to make it.

    I use regular CLP and just got into Frog Lube.

    WHAT THE.... KEEP CAR OIL IN THE CAR.........
    I USE MILTEC-1 AND OR SLIP2000, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS KEEPING THEM RUNNING...IMO
