This really is a bargin... I already have two boats or I would be all over this... these are solid little versatile fishing machines that can easily fish lakes, bays, and even run of shore in good weather windows... plus can be towed with just about any vehicle and fit in any driveway... cant ask for much more in a little skiff... this thing is sold before the weekend is over I guarantee it... cheers to the new owner...

Your boat is a dime a dozen, there are a limited amount of these built. But it is only worth what someone will pay for it, and this boat sold for a few grand less few months ago, so someone is trying to get what they have into it I imagine. And also its not built by davis or radon.

If anyone has an doubts on the 16' Radoncrafts, I just got back from a trip to SCI yesterday. My boat has a 30 gallon built in fuel tank and I took 30 extra gallons, we did a 170 mile turn around trip. When I got back to the ramp a guy asked me, "where did you guys go?" I said SCI. He stopped, "San Clemente Island in THAT?" He had a whaler. Mine's Radon designed and built by Davis. I love this boat even more than the 18' Outrage I sold to replace it and have taken down bluefin to 220lbs on it.

How many gallons did u burn sci and back ?

40.5 gallons with the 90 yami 4stroke. I was getting 5pmg but put on bennet trim tabs and it dropped to about 4.6 mpg. All that extra gas and ice/gear weight on this trip plus mixed swell on the way back dropped it more, I got about 4mpg on the way to the island and once we burned the fuel a little better on the way back but there was a lot of mixed swell and some wind once we passed catalina.

I just put a new 70 on mine and I ain’t never getting rid of it. For it’s size, so stable, well built and economical.
