Went out looking for the annoying bluefin and we found em. There’s a ton of fish swimming around but they just were not interested in playing. We had no bait (tank is not ready yet) so we tossed poppers/pencils/flat falls and dragged cedar plugs/rapalas ect

    Launch at DP... 5am

    279 nada as expected

209/312 there was some life, whales dolphins, metered a few fish but nobody home for the most part
    181 nobody home

43 was where we spent most of our time, lost of life, saw 3 total breezers, no foamers and lots of boat pressure. We ditched the crowd and went east back to the ridge at about noon. Only 1 reported caught on the radio for atleast 20 boats. Maybe they bit later?

North of 182, we cruised the ridge between the 181 and 182 and there is life and plenty of meter fish. We trolled around dolphins for nada for atleast 2hrs. Picked up and headed home.

A few miles further south would have changed what you saw, but not your catch.

Wow. We need to sacrifice someone to get the bite going.
