Headed out of waianae boat harbor at 4 am. Managed to get some nice opelus outside the harbor. The Wind was smoking offshore. Solo sesh that day crew was unable to make it. Headed outside about 6 miles. About 6,30 a double strike, two on at once got one the boat, the other was a blue about 150 lost it at leader trying to band stick and gaff emm. Headed back to the harbor and picked up a 60 lb shibi, then for I threw back the live opelu's where I caught them .Let em get way bigger for the next trip Was cleaned and washed and home before 11,

Nice little billfish on deck! What kind of lure head is that next to the marlin? Good solo work handling your catch.

KK, Good going on your fish. I know only one KK from Makaha so gotta be you. You been surfing lately? Went Makaha saturday when the waves was going off but bummers they had a contest, so had to surf maili point, nothing like Makaha. Maybe I should have gone fishing instead. Oh well keep up the good work.
