Offshore 10/7 Bongo's - They're Still Here!

Took my son and his buddy's out for a pre-wedding trip. We fished with Bongo's out of Newport. Left NH at 5 am, flat calm no wind no swell to speak of. Fished an area south west of the 277. Foamers of yellowfin right off the bat, didn't want to bite all that good, got one schoolie. Went searching a little south and found breaking fish everywhere. Caught them on live sardines and chunks. Bigger fish came on the chunk. Slowed down a bit so set out the trollers and went thru schools of porpoise. Multiple hook ups! Saw some paddies no love. Captain and crew were outstanding!

Good times!! Known Joe for years!! He is the name in 6 pack fishing. Most of his captains are former pinheads that worked up through the game. He can find fish always. Has an elaborate web of contacts to get real intel of where they are.
