    ahhhhh the beauty of this style of jig-fishing ----- there is nothing to get "snagged on" except FISH.

    Was a knock off that I got at Squidco. Initially had garbage assist hook braid, so Joey fixed them by replacing with wire. Turns out the fish don't look for the Shimano label before inhaling the lure.

    I have both. Reason I asked is folks have been saying that the knockoffs sometimes fail at the eye tye in front of the eyes. Thus eye use a hook assist tied to the line and a strong hook on the lure tail.
