Went out on the Dolphin yesterday afternoon. Light load of 26 passengers. Turned right once we got passed the point and started setting up to chum up the calicos. We made three or four stops and got into some thick quality calicos and short white sea bass. Fish were caught on both live bait/sardine and swimbaits. Largest calico weighed was a solid 8 lbs. Two or three more very close to that. Boat was a little rocky due to the swell but not uncomfortable. As always the Dolphin was a clean and friendly boat. It was a blast to be out on the water in front of point Loma. Lots of birds working but there didn't seem to be fish on them.
