I have never lost one but i have 3 lewis and 2 sfe flat kites and 1 boston on the boat . Probably 4 to many but they are lite so i just take them all.

I have the m25 and the fuji 14x14 . The fujis are lighter when holding them all day but I like the m25s better over all. Just depends on what you want to spend .

We are using tiara 50 wides with 80 -100# . Large jigs with a big mackerel on it with 600# wire leader . I'm using a 12lb ball with the roller clip I mentioned above. I redue the cable on the clip to extend it about 2' . Fish them from 75' to 150' pending bait we are metering . Largest we have...

I run 2 - 6 volts in my motorhome . Had the same in my toyhauler.

That's what I wasn't sure about .I use them on my down rigger here for thresher fishing but its a whole different game .

I use the aftco roller clips. Not sure how they will work with the lighter line you guys use but they work great down hear in san diego .

Well made it back home . 3,286 miles ,8 states ,xxx gallons of fuel ,3 helicopters, 1zipline lots of great sightseeing and a little fishing . Got to see lots of great friends and family along the way. Back to the grind tomorrow.

I have a hard pelican reel case that locks with some small locks . I put my wallet etc in it .

Made it to montana today . Yellowstone tomorrow for a couple days .

Down riggers are a great tool on a boat . From threshers to tuna. Slow trolling for yellows etc too

I have the newer version of that motor the 41pa in my blackman and love it . Similar boat and size i cruise around 17-18 and im loaded heavy with helium tanks etc.

Well since its here ill chime in . This was not the one i was looking for . I was hooping for a smaller male as i really enjoy eating thresher and my wife loves it . But as the story goes yes it was tail hooked and after an hour it sounded and died . We hand lined it back up for around 3 hours...
