The HALIBUT is based out of Marina del Rey. This CG crew has brought many Mexican orgin pangas into Marina del Rey. I suspect that in the future the Halibut will contine to bring more pangas into MDR but with fewer panga crews.

They are mostly used inside cabins. Even if mounted above decks the amount of light they provide should not be enough to be confused for a nav light.
