  Hello Bill my name is Ray. I was thinking of towing my 22 Bay Runner down on Sunday. If you are available maybe go out fishing on Monday morning. Cory indicated that the channel might be filling up again, and you can only get out at high tide. If that is the case might go to Ensenada. Any info would be helpful.
