    My parents had a house in a camp that was flooded out in the 80s. After the floods (and the house was gone) we ventured back to the area. There was a big camp open on a diked road south of our camp. That’s where we hunted and ran into Bob Polk. He let us use his boat as a test run and my dad wrote a check. We found our old house and how the Mexicans tried to burn away the cattails. Burned half the house down, too.

    I’ll get some more pictures. The boat is at Lake Isabella. When he goes back up, I’ll see if he can bring it back. I can go and get it myself. It’s only 180 miles.
