    hello AGGRO, a few years ago, you told me to use a dog whistle to stop neighbors dog from barking, you used a whistle at late hours. my question is, what whistle do you recommend i buy on amazon or (?), how to use it like blow hard into it, for what duration or intervals, also, is it possible for the neighbor to hear it, not just the dog ?
