Which 40nld2. Torque or fathom. I have a fathom 40nld2 I just bought fir my okuma PCH-C 741xxh. 60-100lb rod. From all the research I've done before buying either I had those 2 picked out. Lots great reviews of that rod paired with either 40nld2.

Got this exact set up (Fthm 40LD2 blueprinted at Cals) but Okuma PCH rod was a waiting game (thx to Kos for selling me his in classifieds!) Pulled on large model YFT at the Lupe in Sept. fished it w/100’ 80lb mono top shot & was handling fish nicely on flylined bait until landlord blew those things up! Fun set up. Keep your eyes open & get on Bob Sands waiting list good luck.
