Cape Eleuthera Resort & Yacht Club in the Bahamas recently announced that the 2012 Cape Eleuthera Wahoo Tournament will take place January 18th through 21st. In addition to a handcrafted trophy, the winner will receive $1,000 in Shell fuel products from the Tournament’s lead sponsor Sun Oil Bahamas Ltd.

Entry fee for the three-day tournament is a very reasonable $550 per boat if paid before January 4, 2012. Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners based upon the sum of the heaviest five qualifying fish caught during the tournament. The team that catches the heaviest wahoo in the event will also win a trophy.
