The IGFA will be holding an Observer Training Course at the Pacific Coast Sportfishing Festival on April 5th at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Newport Beach.
The class will run from 9 am – 1 pm and will cover topics such as billfish identification, IGFA saltwater tournament rules, and Observer etiquette.
