Dorado, Mahi Mahi whatever is your favorite term for them is, they are a premier gamefish when we think of warm-water years in Southern California. They put up a great fight, they make for great table fare, and are a great sportfish due to how visual they are in the water.
Once the water in our area starts to climb up above the 70-degree mark it may be time to start scouting for this acrobatic species.
