fighting tunaWeighing between 320 and 1,500 pounds, giant bluefin tuna are the largest prize in the ocean. These behemoths are the most expensive fish in the world, their price driven up by Japanese demand for sushi. The largest of the bluefin tuna swim north to the icy waters of the Atlantic Ocean where they're targeted by a range of fishermen the old-fashioned way — with rod and reel.

In Fighting Tuna, the show follows four captains as they vie for these high stakes fish. Using boats that are tossed by high waves and rough weather, they face down one of the world's most powerful fish. The payoff? A single fish can sell for $20,000.
