I also got a ticket on Saturday that I WILL be fighting! I am going to request the officer be present so I can see in person the LOSER fuckbag who obviously never uses that launch himself. If I remember right the flyer that is included with you request to pay says "please pay before you leave".?. To me that says I haven't done anything legaly wrong. I also use that launch often, and have had trouble with that pay station more times than I haven't. The envelope on the windshield worked great. They can check the records, I have never "not" paid. The person righting those tickets definitely has no soul so obviously NOT a fisherman/woman! I WILL see you in court, bitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice, YES! You make a very good point about what that flyer says. I have a good feeling you'll be successful. Give 'em hell and let those ass-clowns know that WE know EXACTLY what they're up to and we're not going to stand for it. It's total bullshit that they're knowingly taking advantage of fishermen who spend thousands of dollars a year on their sport. Like I said before, it's simply and completely unjust because they know that piece of shit machine does not work.

That old machine was a POS, it sucks to hear that the new one is having issues too. The first time I went to WA park I fought the machine, then went to another one in the campsites and bought a bundle of firewood with a $20 bill and it gave me change in $1 coins....which the POS launch machine happily accepted. Better than draging everything back into ANA to get coins or get a ticket. While you go do that the tide can also go out too far and then you can't launch... Hope you guys fight the tickets, it's BS that they don't work. The guy that runs the campsite didn't have much good to say about the machine, how much it cost and how many problems it gives them because it doesn't work.

Thanks for the info, I had the same problem with that POS 2 years ago and decided to go elsewhere to launch. Those curbs at the top of the ramp were built for covered wagons and suck ass anyway...

You can call in up to three times to do a reschedule just do it right before each hearing day it totally fucks the officers time up had a buddy who did this and the officer had to show up the day before 4th of July weekend
