I'd look at the Super Sport O/S. Its got more beam,a wider floor, holds more fuel, and has more entry and deadrise.

I spent a couple hours at Wooldridge this morning. Grant handed me some ear/eye protection and walked me all over the building. He showed me about 6 different boats in various stages of build.

You get a real feel for construction when you see them that way.

No I didn't know there was one there. I am looking at one that is a little south of portland. Headed down tomorrow to look at it.

Found a good deal on a used offshore sport. Not looking to buy a new one. If I was i would go with the Super Sport. Have not really figured out everything. May take the Seasport and leave it up on Vancouver Island for the summer and use the Wooldridge around the sound.

I'm a little late joining in this thread and don't know if you have made your purchase yet or not, but her's my 2 cents worth. My wife & I ordered our 20' Sportstour w/175 Evinrude OceanPro in '94. Since then we have fished everything from stripers in Lake Havasu to albacore off San Diego, to Big C sturgeon to Canada halibut.Needless to say I've lost track of the hours on this boat. When we took delivery our kids were still at home and it was used regularly for skiing & tubing too. Wooldridge is a great company that stands 100% behind their boats. The first few years we had some issues with cracked welds, too many trips too La Parous Bank from Neah Bay in 10' sea's, and Glenn was stand up about fixing them the minute the boat came in. 17 years & 2 trailer rebuilds later our boat is still on the water year round. Having reached my mid 50's we don't do the 50 mile runs to La Parous anymore, but the boat still would. Feel free to pm me if you want any more info.

Very solid platform! I saw one for sale on the West side of Longview headed to Cathlamet last weekend.
