That is some awesome clarity and far from all green like I am used to.
Just a few questions if you would be so kind as to answer. You can send them to PM if you want.
What depth were you guys at?
What camera are you using? (that was real clear and sound came through well)
Do you guys also spear Halibut? (When in season that is)
Interested in showing a couple guys safe areas to dive up there?
Thanks and would love to see any other dive videos you have of that area. |
Thanks for the nice comments guys. Im glad you liked the video. To answer some questios....
We were diving in 45-60FSW (feet salt water). The visibility was excellent, which is half the reason we love Neah bay so much. Probaby 30' of visibility.
I use a ContourHD camera. A great little camera that is not to expensive. About 300 bucks including the waterproof case.
We have tried to get some Halibut, but no success yet. THey are just too deep for recreational scuba debths.
There were 7 divers each day, but only 4 of us had stringers, so if your counting fish on each stringer, that would account for the extras. As you know, WDFW is on the docks at the cleaning station checking each day.
Chisow..... Would love to show you around some good dive spots. PM me and I can point them out on a map, or show you in person someday.
With Butts starting next weekend, I am going to be dry for a few weeks targeting them with Hook and Line.
See you on the water!
