Is there any place down SD way to get late night / early morning / 24 hour Mexican boat permits and licenses? I'm coming down from Santa Barbara?

there is a "convenience" fee with all mex permits, but worth it rather than go to conpesca:finger:

Don't forget to mention you heard about them from Bloodydecks :D

The landings are usually closed shortly after there boats leave (9:00 - 10:00 pm). They were dark (closed) by 11:00 last Friday.
