Does anyone have access to the IGFA website?

Cuda thinks he may have a contender at 22#+ today.

    Anyone?

DFG shows the California record as 28lb 14 oz. caught in 1978. (That doesn't mean its a world or IGFA record, though).

He needs to have a normal size person hold that fish for the picture. It looks like a 10 pounder with him in the picture.

Don't know about rod&reel. But freediving, way back when, a 36lb. was taken off pt Loma. Then, in 1996?? a 40 was taken on scuba at San Nicholas island. When I was a deckhand, we saw several goats up to the 29lb class taken fishing Nick, and San Miguel. None were ever submitted for records though. But still, on the hook, especially near La Jolla, that is a stud sheephead.WTG Cuda!
