Well, that may have been true in years past, but their computer system actually is working now. I know someone who actually was caught in the system for not turning their's in.

They can catch you now when you go back down a second time and haven't turned in the previous one...

    FYI

And just how is it they would even know if someone truly used their Visa or not..... just curious?

If their computer is working then we should be able to scan the FMM Visa and email it to them as a PDF file or add it as an attachment to a link on their website.

    Welcome to the 21st century...........

    Sorry!

The info is totally cool and greatly appreciated! I was just seriously wondering how anybody would truly know when a Visa was actually used?

    Again, thanks for the info!

Reply from Baja Tourist Office May 2011:

2.- You can send your immigration form to our State Secretariat of Tourism P.O. Box #2448 Chula Vista Ca. Zip. 91912, and we happily can deliver it to Immigration ( We call the Immigration office and they told us that you don't have to return it personally).

Thank you for visiting our great State of Baja California.
