Mooring fee is 266 a month with a full usage pick up and wash down dock, and all the free parking you would want,

There was a 40k offer made by some guys in Seattle, they flew down last week and made an offer, still need to sea trial and no guaranty they have bought it. But it looks good at this point, I have not recieved any down yet, so she is still for sale, would be nice if it sold local, so I could still jump on once and a while and fish. Thanks for the conqrats, but still premature. 91mar709 the top speed is 13 knots.
