its easy to google it and read it for yourself. it is written in typical politically ambiguous fashion. it can either be implemented realistically or in an extremely whacked-out manner...depending on who is sitting in "the chair" and their specific agenda.
of course fox news went with the extreme interpretation....

But there has been a lot of whacked out decisions lately hasn't there? Like it or not this administration strongly tilts in a manner that favors the environmental loons. As pointed out, this can be interpreted in a couple ways, and we have seen some other actions move strongly to the left.

Of course a grain of salt can be taken with this, but it doesn't remove the strong possibility of government abuse

Looks like a crock to me, there's nothing in writing that states closures
or regulations of any kind whatsoever. If we're going to have a bunch of
useless regulatory agencies get the heave, what's wrong with one that
among other things, checks the shit and toxins that flow from farms,
rivers and streams for 100's of miles into our oceans? Hell might be good?
I don't see why we can't drill offshore, where it's safe to do so, not just
any damn place they feel like there's oil. The gulf got their wake up call!!!

YAWN, just sayin. Frankly, I've seen way to many Obama blame BS stories
to choke a horse lately, OC Register, Fox News all the rest. I'm with
