Great to see you here!
Naw not this time! I got about 3 of those jets now but the large version was the one hit by and lost to the first Marlin. The takle store told me the guy is not making the larger ones anymore (figures!).
That guy does not know how hot those jets are out here!
Everytime I get something on that damn jet, it's a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio on that jet and the big one was only out maybe 10 minutes and it got hit by that Marlin.......incredible!
I may call the guy myself and see about getting 10 or so of those things made special order.
When you coming out again the big Ahi are hitting good right now and expected to go apeshit in the next month.
Gonna try with my boys this week but they are still a little new for all this big fish leadering.

P.S. That thing was only in about 150 ft. of water and maybe 200 yards offshore.......the big ones are out further. We only went out for 2 1/2 hours that day.Just one more Kona longboard ale and a sunset to die for..........it just does'nt get any better!
