Not on the list, but nothing beats smoked bonito for me. Best eating fish out there as far as I'm concerned.

well ive tried raw yellow tail and that shit was good,mako cooked right is also good, halibut butterd in the pan is good i think it just depends on the way you cook it, i smoked white sea bass and thats the best smoked fish ive tried but then again halibut in butter is good too, i dont know. but i agree with gaff ya good the pussy is the best.
I forgot how to fish.

I would have to say White Sea Bass. Halibut is a close second.
The sculpin and the sheep are great steamed or lightly boiled.
Not a fan of cooked tuna! But BFT, ALBIES ETC are damn good raw!
