    Gotta go with WSB, like Halibut too, but WSB seems to hold it's moisture better when I over cook it

    Steamed- Sheephead
    Grilled- Dorado or Halibut
    Raw- still movin',slice it up man!

    1. I gotta go with ling cod for taco's or on the grill in foil. The green meated type seem to taste better than white for some reason.
