Hmm, I did not see this thread.
I think one of our best tasting fish is no doubt Swordfish. However, they are not readily caught. So I would say next to Swordfish... would be Mako. The meat is somewhat similar in texture and taste. I also really like Bonita. The only fish I have eaten that was as good smoked as salmon.... was Bonita.
