That is a bummer. Condolences to the families. That boat looks much more than capsized. It looks wrecked. If that is the hull, then there is more to understand. This looks like a bad knockdown, or worse.

I think your right about it being a Glastron, in fact I would bet it is a Seafury model. I know this because I own a 21' center console Seafury, though I think this was a cuddy cabin model. One thing I will say about these boats is they have an open transom, which comes into play when backing down (you can take a lot of water on the deck really quick). Other than that they are really solid boats with excellent stability and a real dry ride. I guess we can only speculate being there are no survivors but a stuck anchor (like the NFL players in Florida) is my first guess.
