Another look at Aft sides of pilot house.

On the sides of the PH a groove was made so as to bond together the walls and the roof, the 1x4's went into these grooves.... pic explains it better

The next morning... and it looks good.. time to finish the structure of the roof and protect that plywood from the ocean breeze, I live about 10 blocks from the open ocean.

We finish in the dark, you can see the middle part of the roof from this picture, and how the 1708 came all the way around the fore roof. We made it.

Hey guys... you want to see some more of this stuff or I'm I boring you???... if this is interesting to you post something, make a remark.... so for the 2 hours that it takes me to scan thru my pics, resize, upload, and do the whole enchilada I think you can at least make a quick reply...

Now that I've begun to do this I can appreciate the nice posts people put up in this place and the time it takes them to do it

I gave rebuilding boats a shot, but you're going DEEP into the rebuilding process. She looks good! I enjoy seeing the process you've made. Hope I get to see it in action one day!
