from all i've heard and read, antonio at the el rosario pemex has very honest pumps and his new rooms in the motel next door are fantastic.

Great story from the Holidays, my girl friend is visiting some friends in P/V. on a side trip, she fills up and gets her oil checked at the road side Pemex. the Blond hair and rental car signal Junior Pancho Via, to short change her. when she looked away Junior pockets 20 bucks of Pesos. Telling her she's 20 short.She notices a sliver of the stolen bill poking out from Juniors front pants pocket. without missing a beat she reaches over and yanks the missing 20 from his pocket, holds it an inch form his nose, followed by an authoritative Fuck off!!!! and promptly drives off. Only to Stop/Back up, get out and grab the short poured quart of Oil that Junior charged her for, and didn't use. Then she drove off.
