    Fishing out of Guerrero Negro

    Hi All,

    Has anyone out there have any experience in launching a boat at Geurrero negro and then fishing Cedros? If you have please let me know.

    If you want to fish Cedros, you would do better launching at Tortuga or Asuncion. When the whale season is over, you can launch at Ojo Liebre but it is a bit of a challenge getting out of the lagoon and not running into sandbars which shift a lot.

    Gene, could you PM me the advice ? I've been checking map/charts and looks like Tortuga is the closest run... unless somewhere on PT Eugenia is open.

    Plan on taking my 15' Panga over.
