Baja Pirates of La Paz
BAJA PIRATES OF LA PAZWe had some varying weather conditions this past week or so. One day we had NW winds which made for some rough seas and some hard fishing, followed by a day or more with SE winds where the seas were flat and fishing was a joy.
Fish Report - 04/21/11
Even with the off and on weather the fishing was good to great. Most of the clients were able to catch some of the best Yellowtail of their lives. Clients were also loading up their coolers with Pargo, Cabrilla and Trigger Fish. The bait of choice continued to be Sardines, but even the yellow and green jigs landed some quality fish. When the weather permitted the boats went all the way to El Bajo were most of the Yellowtail were caught. When the seas were too rough fishing was done around Espiritu Santo Island.
