La Bufadora/Ensenada Bay
My buddy Trev invited me to take a trip down to Ensenada this weekend and I had an amazing time. We left friday afternoon(01/16/09) after school got out and headed towards the border at 315 PM. Stop for some excellent street tacos in Ensenada and then made our way to the house. Woke up the next morning(01/17/09) at 0500 for what was soon to be a great day of fishing. We launched out of Ensenada around 0600 with trevers dad(Mr Boucher), and our guide Hector trolled for some Bonita for the first 45 minutes for nada and then headed over to todos santos. Fished the rock structures around there and caught around 30 bottom fish in all. Including Lingcod, Johnny Bass, Red Snapper, Treefish and whitefish. Then we headed back more towards the bay to find Bonita running around 1030 and ended up landing ten of them on irons. Finally fished fishing at 1200 and headed back. Lots of Fun in Mexico.

I know Ross Boucher. He's the A.D. @ SFC. I heard he bought a place down there. Looks like a fun trip. Tell him Jay Love said hello.
She said "Fishing or Me". I'll miss the old girl!

Ivan runs a good operation out of Vonny's Fleet. Hector is the lil brother to Beto. Beto is the best panguero you can get but Hector can get you on fish too. Great job!
